With a decade of experience in nursing, specializing in cardiovascular care, Izza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the world of aesthetics. As a newly certified aesthetic nurse practitioner, Izza is excited to focus on the art and science of enhancing natural beauty through advanced toxin treatments and rejuvenating chemical peels.
Having honed her skills in high-pressure environments, Izza has developed a meticulous approach to patient care, combining precision and compassion in every treatment. Her background in cardiovascular nursing has given her a deep understanding of the body's intricate systems, which she now applies to help clients achieve glowing, youthful skin and overall wellness.

Dave Tan, MSN, RN
Dave is the co-founder of Viviana Wellness, bringing a unique blend of academic excellence and clinical expertise to the field of aesthetics. With his background in pediatric nursing and healthcare quality improvement, Dave combines a deep understanding of medical science with a visionary approach to enhancing beauty and wellness.
Throughout his career, Dave has been dedicated to advancing patient care and outcomes, first through his work in pediatrics, where he focused on compassionate and comprehensive care for young patients, and later through his expertise in Quality Improvement, where he learned all the skills need to optimize healthcare delivery. This diverse experience has honed his analytical skills and attention to detail, qualities that now drive his innovative approach in the aesthetic industry.
When he’s not at the forefront of aesthetic advancements, Dave enjoys exploring the latest research in both nursing and aesthetic medicine, particularly data science contributing to industry discussions, and mentoring future professionals. His goal is to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients, combining his expertise with a compassionate approach to help everyone look and feel their best.

Dr. Reza Tirgari
Dr. Reza Tirgari, a seasoned medical professional, has been in practice since 1996, bringing extensive experience in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine. Formerly the Associate Department Director at Alvarado Hospital, Dr. Tirgari has demonstrated exceptional leadership and clinical expertise. Since 2007, he has dedicated himself to the field of aesthetics, founding Avalon Laser, Avalon Lipo & Aesthetics, and Avalon Aesthetic Training Academy.
Dr. Tirgari has undergone multiple advanced trainings at conferences in multiple cities and through leading companies such as Allergan and Galderma, mastering a variety of aesthetic procedures. His role as Medical Director at Avanti Skin Care Centers and LaserAway underscores his commitment to excellence in patient care and aesthetic innovation. Dr. Tirgari's broad medical background and specialized aesthetic experience make him a distinguished and trusted leader in the medical spa industry.
